All Connected does not focus on long contracts, that is, the customer only continues if they are really satisfied with the services, however we have a minimum initial contract of 4 months for sponsored links, which is the time to get to know your business well and test strategies until you reach your goals. After that period you can continue to your satisfaction.


Payment can be made via Deposit / Bank Transfer or Credit Card.


The deposit / bank transfer is made to the ___ Agency ___ NuBank Account.


Payment via credit card is made through the company S tripe. The monthly fee is discounted through an automatic recurrence that takes into account the date of purchase. To request the recurrence to be canceled, the contractor must inform the contractor of the interruption, pause or cancellation of services by telephone or e-mail at least 48 hours in advance.


If the customer chooses to cancel before ending the minimum loyalty contract, the customer must pay a penalty corresponding to 50% of the remaining amount according to paragraph 1.11.7. The amount paid through the fine will be reverted to a credit that can be used in our services in the next six months.


When contracting for a specific service from All Connected, the customer is aware that it will be subject to any rules applicable to such service. By authorizing one of our services, the customer indicates that they have read and agreed, with the Terms below:


1.1. Acceptance of Terms of Service


1.1.1. ALL CONNECTED provides you (CLIENT), subject to the Terms described below, various services. When authorizing a specific ALL CONNECTED service, by filling out a form on the ALL CONNECTED website, the CLIENT is aware that he will be subject to any rules applicable to such service. When authorizing one of our services, the CLIENT indicates that it has read and agreed, even if tacitly, with the Terms, automatically linking to the rules contained herein.


1.1.2. During the term of this agreement, this contract will be available under the link “Terms of Service”, at the bottom of the ALL CONNECTED website.


1.2. Of the object


1.2.1. ALL CONNECTED will provide services in the digital marketing area for the CUSTOMER, within the following options chosen by the CUSTOMER, at the time of contracting, limited to ALL CONNECTED, the provision of services, within the respective choices made by the CUSTOMER.


1.3. Description of services


1.3.1. Google Adwords


1.3.1.1. ALL CONNECTED's job consists of: (1) creating new campaigns, (2) optimizing campaigns, (3) optimizing ads, ad groups and keyword lists, (4) configuring conversion and remarketing, (5) monitoring and give support during business hours and (6) send reports at least once a month.


1.3.1.2. The amounts of investment in Google and ALL CONNECTED's fees are in accordance with the plan contracted on the ALL CONNECTED website.


1.3.1.3. The campaigns developed by ALL CONNECTED will be excluded if the contract is terminated or terminated before the minimum period agreed between the parties and selected in the contract form.


1.3.1.4. Authorization via e-mail will be required when the contractor requests that changes and optimizations be made in the active campaigns before hiring ALL CONNECTED. In this case, the customer will continue with their campaigns after the end of the mandatory minimum contract.


1.3.2. Facebook/Instagram Ads


1.3.2.1. ALL CONNECTED's job is to: (1) create new campaigns, (2) optimize campaigns, (3) optimize ads (4) monitor and support during business hours and (5) send reports at least once a month.


1.3.2.2. The investment values on Facebook and Instagram and ALL CONNECTED fees are in accordance with the plan contracted on the ALL CONNECTED website.


1.3.2.3. The campaigns developed by ALL CONNECTED will be excluded if the contract is terminated or terminated before the minimum period agreed between the parties and selected in the contract form.


1.3.2.4. Authorization via e-mail will be required when the contractor requests that changes and optimizations be made in the active campaigns before hiring ALL CONNECTED. In this case, the customer will continue with their campaigns after the end of the mandatory minimum contract.


1.3.3. SEO - Website Optimization


1.3.3.1 This item regulates the website optimization service focused on Google, here called simply by SEO (INTERNAL).


1.3.3.2 The following SEO services are included: MACRO ANALYSIS OF SEO ALL NICHE. 1.3.3.3 The CLIENT must be aware that no SEO company can guarantee the obtaining and maintenance of certain positions in the search engines. The normal SEO service can take 8 to 12 months to show any significant effect.


ADD E-COMMERCE (1.3.4)


1.3.5. Website and / or Blog


1.3.5.1. The provision of services in this case refers to the formulation, development, maintenance and optimization of the set of electronic and graphic pages, here simply called “website”, for exclusive use on the Internet, emphasizing the brand and the quality of products and CLIENT services. ALL CONNECTED services are part of the Website or Blog services:


1.3.5.2. In relation to development: (i) graphic design, (ii) programming of the necessary databases and (iii) programming of the pages according to the contracted plan.


1.3.5.3. In relation to the maintenance of the Website: (i) content updates (text and image), (ii) necessary corrections.


1.3.5.4. Maintenance does not include: (i) additional services to those mentioned, (ii) installation of plugins and extra components, (iii) creation of new pages or changes to the website layout and (iv) resolution of problems that are not directly linked to ALL CONNECTED, exemplarily and not restrictively, such as problems caused by telephone companies, hosting companies and others, third parties, service providers necessary for the website to go and stay on the air.


1.3.5.5. All content of creation, development, art, invention and authorship, will be the exclusive property of ALL CONNECTED until all debts related to the site are settled, and if there is any financial pending outstanding in relation to this contract, all rights will belong to this one.


1.3.5.6. Only ALL CONNECTED technicians or duly qualified third parties and licensed ALL CONNECTED will be able to perform the services.


1.3.5.7. The website may be removed from the website in case of non-compliance with this contract, especially in relation to payments.


1.3.5.8. Regarding the graphic design, the CLIENT will receive some template templates for approval. After analyzing and approving the graphic project, ALL CONNECTED will start programming. After the conclusion of the graphic project, the CLIENT will not be able to request changes to the structure of the site. If the CLIENT wants a new graphic project, a new proposal must be submitted.


1.3.5.9. The deadline for delivery of the initial structure of the website is stipulated in a maximum of 60 working days (customized template and / or Blog), if there are no delays in the delivery of files or if there are requests for changes.


1.3.6. Landing Pages


1.3.6.1. The development of Landing Pages includes: (i) graphic project previously approved by the client, (ii) programming of the necessary databases and (iii) programming of 1 page.


1.3.6.2. The maximum deadline for delivery of each Landing Page is 45 working days.


1.3.6.3. The customer will not be able to request changes to the Landing Page structure after the layout is approved.


1.3.7. Linkedin ADS:


1.3.7.1. ALL CONNECTED's job is to: (1) create new campaigns, (2) optimize campaigns, (3) optimize ads (4) monitor and support during business hours and (5) send reports at least once a month.


1.3.7.2. The investment values on Linkedin and ALL CONNECTED fees are in accordance with the plan contracted on the BLUEBERRY website.


1.3.7.3. The campaigns developed by ALL CONNECTED will be excluded if the contract is terminated or terminated before the minimum period agreed between the parties and selected in the contract form.


1.3.7.4. Authorization via e-mail will be required when the contractor requests that changes and optimizations be made in the active campaigns before hiring ALL CONNECTED. In this case, the customer will continue with their campaigns after the end of the mandatory minimum contract.


1.3.8 Google Start:


1.3.8.1. ALL CONNECTED's job consists of: (1) creating a basic Google ADS account, (2) creating the campaign, (3) optimizing ads once a month using up to 10 keywords (4) monitoring and supporting in business hours and (5) send reports at least once a month.


1.3.8.2. The amounts of investment in Google and ALL CONNECTED's fees are in accordance with the plan contracted on the ALL CONNECTED website (single plan of R $ 449.00 Google credits).


1.3.8.3. The campaigns developed by ALL CONNECTED will be excluded if the contract is terminated or terminated before the minimum period agreed between the parties and selected in the contract form.


1.4. Customer obligations


1.4.1. The CLIENT will provide all necessary information to ensure that ALL CONNECTED is able to perform all contracted services, including company data, files, passwords, access to restricted areas, logos, images, videos, expectations and goals of campaigns, among others . The responsibility for sending the information rests with the CLIENT, as ALL CONNECTED will not be able to collect information from the CLIENT for disclosure every day, and even if it requests this information, this will not be considered as a contractual amendment. The CLIENT must send information in an unequivocal manner, preferably by e-mail and check if this message has, in fact, come to the attention of the ALL CONNECTED team.


1.4.2. The responsibility for complying with the rules of each social media and each search engine is the responsibility of the CLIENT, and must seek information about the possibility of commercialization and dissemination over the Internet before entering into a contract with ALL CONNECTED. ALL CONNECTED is not responsible for the content of the advertising material provided by the CLIENT, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy, as the CLIENT is aware of the product it sells, as well as its respective standardization in the countries in which it operates. If the CLIENT tries to disclose any service / product that does not respect the legislation of the country where it is carrying out the disclosure or the rules and policies of the search engines and social media, it will exempt ALL CONNECTED from any responsibility.


1.5. ALL CONNECTED's obligations


1.5.1. ALL CONNECTED will maintain monthly contact with the CUSTOMER, by phone or e-mail to ensure that important information about your campaign is at your fingertips. Contacts will occur at least once a month, via email or phone, according to the CLIENT's preference.


1.5.2. Comply with the provision of services hired here, within the CLIENT's choices, within the highest level of quality, through its employees or third parties for both qualified.


1.6. From the place where the contracted services are provided


1.6.1. Since the provision of online marketing services via the web, the CLIENT is already aware that all services will be provided with quality, at ALL CONNECTED's headquarters and within the WEB environment.


1.7. Payment


1.7.1. Prices, terms and payment methods, referring to authorized services, are subject to the item "Billing Information", in the "Service Authorization" signed by the CLIENT. If the service is authorized through the ALL CONNECTED website, prices, terms and payment methods are subject to the contracted package and / or according to the electronic form sent by the CLIENT. Details can also be defined in the emails exchanged by the parties.


1.7.2. The price of the contracted package cannot be reduced, either due to an argument such as the fact that his name did not appear at the top of the search engine searches.


1.7.3. In case the CLIENT does not receive the payment slip, he must unequivocally communicate to ALL CONNECTED and make the payment by means of a bank deposit identified in the ALL CONNECTED own account described below, and immediately transmit the credit voucher in an account by e-mail, and confirming receipt of the message, and requesting at the same time to write off the bank slip, in order to avoid undue protesting, since, in case of non-information, there will be no way of knowing what the deposit is about. 1.7.4. If it is impossible to pay for any reason, the due date does not change.


1.7.5. How does credit card subscription work? ALL CONNECTED services are monthly. Charges are automatically made every month on the date of your registration. If your billing date is scheduled for a day that does not exist in a given month (such as the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of that month.


1.8. Default


1.8.1. In the event of default by the CLIENT, with respect to the financial obligations assumed in this contract, for a period exceeding 07 (seven) days from the expiration date, this contract will be automatically terminated, regardless of any notification to the CLIENT and ALL CONNECTED may suspend the provision of the respective contracted services, and it is furthermore established that the CLIENT's data may be pointed out for protest.


1.9. Possible expenses


1.9.1. In the event that ALL CONNECTED requires expenses to be incurred, these expenses will be borne by the CLIENT, after their respective approval. ALL CONNECTED must submit the amounts for approval and will be charged on the payment slip at the maturity date following its disbursement.


1.10. Effective period


1.10.1. The contract will have a fixed term (the current minimum loyalty contract is 4 months), according to the previously chosen package, being automatically extended in case there is no manifestation by either party regarding termination.


1.11. Termination


1.11.1. If there is a breach of the contractual clauses described here, the party that feels harmed may notify the other, unequivocally, and stating the reason for the breach, choose to grant a deadline to regularize the breach and accept the maintenance of the contract, or may , identifying the occurrence of the just reason, notify the other of the motivated termination, except in the case of financial default by the CLIENT, which has another consequence already described in the present.


1.11.2. After the loyalty period, the CLIENT will be able to cancel the services without any kind of fine, simply by sending an email or letter 15 days before the next invoice is due.


1.11.3. If the CLIENT cancels within 7 working days after contracting, he / she will be entitled to a refund of the agency fees. The return will take place by bank transfer in an account informed by the CLIENT within 15 working days.


1.11.4. If the CLIENT cancels the services after 7 working days from the beginning of the work, it will not be entitled to a refund of the agency fees paid to ALL CONNECTED.


1.11.5. If the CLIENT wishes to request a refund of the amount allocated to Google, it must do this directly with Google, not involving ALL CONNECTED in this step. An Adwords account is compared to a bank account. Only the account holder should request a refund from Google.


1.11.6. The request to cancel the sponsored links service does not oblige ALL CONNECTED to pause the campaigns, but rather obliges ALL CONNECTED technicians to only interrupt the campaign creation and optimization services.


1.11.7. If the CLIENT has chosen to cancel before the end of the LOYALTY period, the CLIENT must pay a fine corresponding to 50% of the remaining amount.


1.11.8. To cancel your credit card subscription, the CLIENT needs to contact ALL CONNECTED 48h before the next charge is made, for example, if you contracted the services on the 10th and do not intend to continue on the next month, you need to enter in contact until the 8th. 1.11.9. After the charge has been made, refunds can be requested within 7 days, and confirmation can take from 7 to 60 days. This period is due to the procedure of each card operator.


1.12. General Provisions


1.12.1. Any profits or losses of the CLIENT, after hiring ALL CONNECTED is of the CLIENT's own merit and responsibility, being ALL CONNECTED only a service provider company and does not assume any type of risk on the client's business line.


1.12.2. It is also highlighted in this contract that variations may occasionally occur and the CLIENT's advertisement does not appear in any search, which is already clarified, since it always depends on a series of combinations according to the search engine's policy, and this does not it is the responsibility, in whatever capacity, of ALL CONNECTED.


1.12.3. The parties declare that there is no employment relationship between them and each other's employees, just as there will never be any tax or tax or social security relationship, with each company being responsible for the obligations that the law gives it.


1.12.4. This contract obliges the parties, heirs and successors in all its terms and conditions.


1.12.5. The obligations and rights of this contract cannot be transferred to third parties under penalty of motivated termination, except with the express authorization of the parties.

1.12.7. The Terms of Services and the relationship between ALL CONNECTED and the CLIENT will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. ALL CONNECTED and the CLIENT agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the district of Limeira, SP, Brazil.


1.13. Penalties


1.13.1. In case the CLIENT violates any clause of this contract, it will also be responsible for the losses and damages that it causes and loss of profits arising from the respective non-compliance.

All Connected may terminate the contract with the customer in case of: Any type of discriminatory manifestation of any kind (race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, physical or mental disability, ethnic precepts, socio-cultural condition, nationality or state civil) directed to the ALL CONNECTED team - No type of moral or sexual harassment, which denigrates the dignity of any person on our team, will be allowed. Attitudes such as repeated proposals or verbal, gestural or physical sexual innuendo are considered conducts of sexual harassment.- Offenses and profanity directed at any ALL CONNECTED member will not be accepted;
